Scottillia Connects

Don’t judge someone when you see them speaking to themselves. What you’re witnessing may not be what it seems. In a world filled with constant noise—both seen and unseen—we are all tuning into different frequencies of thought, emotion, and energy. Some people process these energies outwardly, giving voice to what others keep hidden inside.

We are surrounded by both positive and negative forces, currents of energy that influence how we feel, think, and move through life. Just like a radio, each of us has the ability to receive and transmit signals. Some are clear and uplifting, others heavy and chaotic. The key is not to deny their existence, but to become aware of what we choose to tune into.

Light and darkness are not enemies—they are partners in balance. Shadows exist because light is present, and without contrast, we would not recognize growth, healing, or truth. The universe maintains itself through this delicate equilibrium, and so do we.

Instead of judging what we don’t understand, we should practice compassion. Everyone is navigating their own internal landscape, learning how to filter the noise and find their signal. What looks unusual on the outside may simply be someone trying to realign themselves within.

Listen less with your eyes, and more with your awareness. There is always more happening beneath the surface.
